Shipping policy

All deliveries are made by Fedex and are complimentary. Insurance is included.

The estimated delivery date is 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a purchase confirmation via email.

International Shipment

For purchases above U$2.000,00 shipment is complementary. Please allow us 3-4 business days for delivery.

Returns and exchange

Jack Vartanian will provide a full refund or store credit within 10 days from the date of receipt. After 10 days store credit or exchange is offered.

Credit card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the cardholder’s account for the amount originally charged.

Refund or store credit will be only given after management confirms that the merchandise returned is in its original condition with no wear or tear.
